# VectorOS | Your Legal Operating System

> VectorOS is a legal operating system for companies and their counsel. It brings matters, executed documents, the company record, the data room and Vector Intelligence into one connected workspace, so a question about the business is answered from the business's own records rather than from the open internet.

Two entities, named separately because a law firm may practise law and a technology company may not:

- **Vector Legal, P.C.** is a licensed California law firm and provides all legal services.
- **Vector Systems, PBC** builds the VectorOS software platform.

Every deliverable is reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before it reaches a client. VectorOS supports the legal team, it does not replace it, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
